No. We can work with inexperience and train you on our systems. What we can’t work with is someone who lies on their application. If you have no experience, just say so.

Average monthly base pay is $500 to $1,000 depending on experience, plus performance commission. Our highest-earning setter made over $11,600 in a single month. Nothing is guaranteed, what you earn comes down to the offer, your skill, and how you perform.

Yes. This is a real full-time role, not a side hustle. If an account needs 40 hours or specific hours, we expect you available, responsive, and locked in on that one account.

A laptop or desktop, stable internet, a quiet place to work, and hours that overlap with your account. If you’re trying to fit this around uni, another job, or your own business, it isn’t the right fit.

Never. We don’t charge setters a fee for anything, not now and not ever.

You’re applying to get vetted for the accounts we manage, not one specific guaranteed job. If we approve you, we may have something that week, or you go into our pipeline until the right account opens. Every account is different in pay, hours, and requirements.

We review every application within 48 hours. If you’re a fit, one of our hiring managers gets you on an interview call. If you’re not, you’ll hear that from us too, so you’re never left chasing us in the DMs.

People who stick. Around 80% of the setters we place are still on their account. We look for strong sales instinct, high emotional intelligence, work ethic, coachability, and someone who wants to build long-term on one account.
