Cookie Policy
Last updated: 15 June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Setterscaling.com uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. We follow the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet) and the EU ePrivacy rules.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website, or a tool embedded in it, stores on your device. They are used to make websites work, to remember preferences, and sometimes to analyse usage or show personalised content.
2. Cookies set by this website
Our website is a static site built with a strict content security policy. We do not set our own tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. The site can be browsed without accepting any cookies from us.
3. Third-party cookies from embedded tools
Two pages embed third-party tools so you can apply or book a call directly. When these tools load, the third party may set its own cookies, which are outside our direct control:
- Calendly (on the “Apply to work with us” page) – used to display the booking calendar and process your booking. Calendly may set functional cookies. See Calendly’s own cookie and privacy notices for details.
- Airtable (on the “Apply for a Job” page) – used to display and process the setter application form. Airtable may set functional cookies. See Airtable’s own cookie and privacy notices for details.
These cookies are only loaded when you visit a page that contains the relevant embed.
4. Types of cookies
- Functional cookies: needed for an embedded tool (such as the booking calendar or application form) to work correctly.
- Analytics / tracking cookies: we do not use these on our own site.
5. Managing and refusing cookies
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings, and set your browser to block cookies or warn you before one is stored. Blocking cookies from the embedded tools may stop the booking calendar or application form from working. Guidance for the main browsers:
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies.
- Safari: Settings → Privacy.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security.
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
6. Consent
Because our own site sets no non-essential cookies, we do not show a cookie banner for our own cookies. The embedded tools (Calendly, Airtable) load only on the specific pages where you choose to apply or book, and manage their own cookie notices. If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent first.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy if our use of cookies changes. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
