Is this a fit for my business?
The best fit is an established coaching, consulting, or education business already doing real revenue through other channels (content, webinars, ads, YouTube), with genuine inbound DM volume and closers already handling your calls. For you, DM setting becomes a predictable extra channel on top of what already works. If your DMs would be your only source of revenue, this is not the right fit, and we will tell you that honestly.
What if the setters do not produce?
When the system is installed correctly and still is not producing, it is almost never the setting itself, it is something upstream: marketing volume, the sales call, or the close. Because we have built and managed high-volume DM and sales operations, we look at the whole picture, your marketing, your pre-call process, your sales calls, and your close rate, and show you exactly where the leak is. We do not book calls and look away.
How much of my time does this take, and do I have to manage the setters?
None of the management falls on you. This is fully done for you. We recruit, train on your offer, write the scripts and SOPs, and run the setters day to day with daily oversight, QC, and KPIs. You get reporting and booked calls, not another person to manage.
What does it cost, and what do I own?
There is a one-time installation fee to build and install your setter system, plus a monthly management retainer, with a short minimum term so the system has time to produce. You own your customer data and client-facing assets. We own and continuously improve the management system, QA process, operating intelligence, and ongoing optimization layer.
